On 22nd May, 2022, the Department of Geography, Mangaldai College have celebrated the World Biodiversity Day in an online mode (Google Meet). The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Pabitra Kumar Nath, Head of the Department, Department of Geography, Mangaldai College. Ms. Barsha Rani Das, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, Sibsagar Girls College was the resource person in the event and presented on the topic Biodiversity: Significance, Threats and Conservation.
