A Plantation Drive and drawing competition was organised by IQAC, Mangaldai College at the adopted Tangni Tea Garden Model School on 5th June 2023 on the occasion of World Environment Day. The day commenced with students and faculty members coming together to plant a variety of saplings, fostering a sense of environmental consciousness among participants. This dual event not only contributed to the expansion of our school green footprint but also inspired a deeper connection with nature and a commitment to safeguarding the environment for future generations. The initiative not only encouraged eco-friendly practices but also instilled a sense of responsibility and awareness regarding the significance of World Environment Day. 25 students from the school participated in the event along with the faculties and students of Mangaldai College. Awards were given to the winners of the drawing competition.
