Nature provides us a lot of scope to learn and apply the learnings in developing our economic growth. The Non-chordates including the phylum Arthropoda and Mollusca is a huge source of learning the concepts of basic Biology as well as it also provides a greater avenue for exploring the Economic Zoology. The concept of division of labour in Honey Bee, pearl formation in Mollusca and prawn culture would be covered in the course and would give an exposure of the significance of the Zoology subject as a whole.
