The program started with a series of informative and engaging activities. The aim was to raise awareness about the importance of food safety and promote best practices in the field of food processing. The celebration began with a speech by the invited resource person, Mr. Jishnu Deka, Assistant Professor, Pub Kamrup College. The significance of World Food Safety Day and its relevance to the B.Voc Food Processing Technology program were highlighted in the program.
