An alumni meet was organised by the Department of Economics, Mangaldai College on 30th June, 2024 at Science Gallery of Mangaldai College. The meeting was attended by a number of distinguished alumni with diverse work experience. DR. Santosh Borkakati, HoD, Economics Department delivered the welcome speech and thanked everyone for their gracious presence. The meeting proceeded with an introduction session where the alumni members also shared some nostalgic moments in the department from their past. A new committee was formed in the meeting and a discussion was held for conducting an extension activity in collaboration with Alumni Association in the near future. The meeting came to an end with the vote of thanks provided by Dreamly Sarmah, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Economics.
