Our students actively participate in the college cleanliness program, leaving no corner untouched. From tidying up the department to beautifying the surroundings and even collecting Silica (Terminalia chebula) for future sustainability.
The Bodo Department of Mangaldai College, Mangaldoi, Darrang, Assam-784125, initiated a unique program of collecting Silikha (Terminalia chebula) from the college campus and collected more than 15 KG of fresh Silikha on 16-12-2023. Along with this, students also cleaned the surroundings of the department. Students from the B.A. third semester actively participated in the program under the guidance and supervision of faculty members from the Bodo Department. The primary objective of the program was to instill a sense of responsibility among students towards preserving seasonal fruit for future use and maintaining the cleanliness of the college campus.
